all organic and inorganic things except humans know EXACTLY who their creator is .. in Quran God has mentioned various times how an animals know about Him and pray to Him .. Trees, fishes, etc.
even rocks and mountains have been talked about in Quran obeying God's commands .. well even EARTH has supposedly obeyed all his commands ..
